Coolbaugh Masonry was started in 1977 and is a mid-sized open shop masonry and concrete contractor. We are fully licensed, insured and bondable. We provide timely, concise estimates. Our safety polices and records have been approved by refineries and government agencies and we have not had a lost man-hour from accident or injury in more than eight years.
Bob Coolbaugh worked in all facets of the masonry trade six years for various large contractors before starting the company in 1977. The company has grown steadily since the beginning with Bob continuing to oversee the day-to-day activities.
Mike Picket, owner and operator of California Masonry for 15 years with 36 years experience in the masonry and concrete field, joined Coolbaugh Masonry in 1997. In 1999, Mike, Bob and Jake Pflughj, a longtime Coolbaugh employee, incorporated to form Coolbaugh Masonry, Inc.
Coolbaugh Masonry is an active member of the Masonry Industry Training Association and played a major role in forming the first masonry training school in Orange County.
